Bonfire Cooking Games

Heading to the beach or camping out? You’ll need a blanket or a towel, some charcoal or wood and a cooler full of food to play this cooking game. You’re going to have a bonfire, and eating under the stars has never been so much fun.

Head to an area that’s secluded, not counting you and your five best friends, of course. Grab an adult and make sure you have a safe area for a fire. There shouldn’t be anything overhead or close by that might catch fire from your flames. You also want to be sure you’re allowed to build a fire in your choice of locations.

Once you get your fire started using wood you’ve brought or found – or just charcoal if you’re using a fire pit, wait for the flames to die down and the fire to smolder just a bit.

Now, it’s time to cook!

Grab a stick and thread on your hot dogs. You can roast them over the flames. Put a can of chili down in the embers next to the flames and be sure you use tongs to remove it – it will be hot! Make chili dogs and grab some chips. Then, be sure you roast marshmallows for dessert. Yum!
