Ice Cream Sundaes

It’s hot outside, and there is nothing more refreshing than a cold dish of ice cream. But why stop your with a single scoop? Why not get elaborate and truly enjoy your ice cream. Make it an ice cream sundae!

Sundaes are a lot of fun to make, but even more fun to eat. Make your ice cream experience a cooking game! Grab your BFF and head to the grocery store. Start with the ice cream. Vanilla is standard, of course, but it can also be rather blasé. If you love it great – grab it. If not, consider using other flavors or grab a few and make a multi flavored sundae.

When you’ve got the ice cream, it’s time for the real fun. Walk down the candy aisle and have a blast. Grab any candy that strikes your eye, and don’t forget the chocolate syrup. You might also want to swing by the nuts for some almond slivers or peanuts if the taste suits.

Finally, no sundae would be complete without whipped cream, sprinkles and cherries, so hunt those items down and throw them into your cart. Pay for the entire assortment and head home. When you get there, you might discover that you have way more ice cream and toppings than you’d ever need for two people. Why not call up your crush and invite him (and his cute friend) over for some ice cream? *wink*
