Cooking Games and Taco Salad

One of the easiest things to create for a healthy meal are taco salads. Of course, you’ll have to choose your ingredients wisely when you’re thinking about making taco salad as part of your cooking games. There are certainly ways to make it less healthy if you’re not careful about your choices. Start with a tortilla in a bowl. It’s better to use a real tortilla than a fried shell, but once you have your bowl ready, fill it up with grilled chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, light cheese and other goodies.

Having some variety makes it easy for everyone to pick the item that works best for them and you can create your own combination of yummy things as well. Top off your taco salad with a bunch of salsa or a tiny bit of queso. You can also use a dressing like a cilantro ranch or creamy jalapeno to give your cooking games just a bit more of a kick than you get with regular dressings, but again, this part of the cooking games will be very much a matter of personal taste.

Cooking Games and Candy

Candy isn't good for you. There's no doubt about it, but then there are so many excellent cooking games that are really tasty primarily because you include candy in the recipe. Don't believe me? Think about cookies - how would they taste without the chocolate chips? And what about ice cream? Plain vanilla is just plain without some crushed up candy bar in there to give it a delicious flavor.

Cooking games don't have to be anything extravagant, of course. Playing the cooking games is simply a way to expand your cooking skills, learn a few new recipes and enjoy yourself at the same time. When you embrace the cooking games, you're able to see just how much you can learn, enjoy - and of course - eat!
